Warm greetings! I'm Sari, a mother and woman devoted to nurturing families with holistic, evidence-informed and heart-led strategies so that the seasons of family building may be enriched with wellbeing, confidence and agency.

I am a qualified doula and childbirth educator, training clinical herbalist and Nurtured Neuroscience Practitioner supporting connected parenting and integrative infant sleep, passionate about providing families with the care and support they need conception and beyond.

As your doula & CBE, I am an experienced & skilled companion providing continuity of compassionate care, while supporting you in growing your own inner and modern knowing so that you may feel confident in meeting the mystery of birth and crossing the threshold into parenthood. I offer perinatal + postpartum mentoring & education, doula support services, herbal + nutritional guidance, alongside companionship for deep personal preparation so that you may feel well-resourced, resillient and powerful during this momentus transformation.
